1. Acceptance

By using 逐日 (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a legal guardian's consent.

3. Account

Your account is identified by a randomly generated address and a Nostr public key derived locally on your device. You are responsible for safeguarding your private credentials (custodial password, recovery key, or any external wallet you bind). The Operator cannot recover lost private keys.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringing on others' rights;
• Distribute malware, spam, phishing material, or unauthorized advertising;
• Impersonate another person or entity;
• Attempt to bypass moderation, abuse rate limits, or scrape data without authorization;
• Use the Service for the trading or settlement of regulated financial instruments.

The Operator reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules. Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent termination.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, render, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service. This license terminates when you delete the content, except as needed for backups (purged within 90 days) or as required by law.

6. Lightning / Zap (third-party feature)

The Service supports binding an external Lightning Address (LUD-16) and sending Lightning zaps via the Nostr protocol. The Operator does not custody funds, does not hold private keys, and does not settle payments. All payments occur between your wallet and the recipient's wallet directly. We assume no liability for failed payments, exchange-rate movements, or wallet errors. Lightning is non-refundable; double-check recipients before sending.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or fitness of the Service for any particular purpose. Content authored by other users does not represent the Operator's views.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Japanese law, the Operator's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to JPY 1,000 or the amount you paid the Operator in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. The Operator may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

11. Changes

The Operator may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

1. 同意

逐日(以下「本サービス」)を利用することにより、本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。同意できない場合は本サービスをご利用いただけません。

2. 利用資格

13 歳以上であることが必要です。13 歳以上で成年に達していない場合、法定後見人の同意が必要です。

3. アカウント

アカウントは、ランダム生成されたアドレスと端末上で導出される Nostr 公開鍵により識別されます。本人による秘密情報 (パスワード、復旧キー、バインドした外部ウォレット等)の管理責任を負います。当社は失われた秘密鍵を復旧できません。

4. 禁止事項

• 違法・嫌がらせ・差別・他者の権利侵害となる投稿
• マルウェア、スパム、フィッシング、無許可広告の配信
• 他人 / 団体への成りすまし
• モデレーション回避、レート制限の悪用、無許可データスクレイピング
• 規制対象金融商品の取引・決済目的での利用

当社は規約違反の投稿削除、アカウント停止の権利を留保します。重大または反復的な違反は永久停止対象となります。

5. 投稿コンテンツ

投稿コンテンツの所有権はユーザーに帰属します。投稿により、当社に対し本サービス運営目的でのホスティング、保存、送信、 レンダリング、表示を行うための非独占・全世界・無償のライセンスを付与するものとします。コンテンツ削除によりライセンスは 終了しますが、バックアップ(90 日以内にローテート)・法令上の保管要請に従った保持を除きます。

6. Lightning / Zap(サードパーティ機能)

本サービスは外部 Lightning Address(LUD-16)のバインドと Nostr 経由の Lightning zap 送信に対応しています。当社は資金を 預からず、秘密鍵を保有せず、決済も行いません。すべての支払いはユーザーのウォレットと受領者のウォレット間で直接行われます。 支払い失敗・為替変動・ウォレット側エラーについて当社は一切責任を負いません。Lightning は不可逆ですので送金前に受領者の 確認をお願いします。

7. 免責

本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性、正確性、可用性に関する保証はありません。他のユーザーの投稿は当社の見解を示すものではありません。

8. 責任の制限

日本法で許容される最大限において、当社の本サービス利用に起因する累積責任額は、JPY 1,000 もしくは請求発生前 12 ヶ月にユーザーが当社へ支払った金額の、いずれか大きい方を上限とします。

9. 終了

ユーザーはアプリ内でアカウントを削除できます。当社は本規約違反時にアクセスを停止または終了することがあります。

10. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に起因する紛争は東京地方裁判所を専属管轄とします。

11. 変更

本規約は更新される場合があります。重大な変更はアプリ内で通知します。発効日以降の利用継続は同意とみなされます。

使用 逐日(以下简称「本服务」)即表示您同意本条款。如不同意,请勿使用本服务。

2. 使用资格

您须年满 13 周岁。13 岁以上但未达本国成年年龄者,须取得法定监护人同意。

3. 账号

账号由随机生成的地址和客户端本地派生的 Nostr 公钥共同标识。您应妥善保管自己的秘密信息(密码、恢复密钥、绑定的外部钱包等)。 本公司无法找回您丢失的私钥。

4. 行为规范

• 禁止发布违法、骚扰、仇恨或侵权内容;
• 禁止传播恶意软件、垃圾信息、钓鱼或未经授权的广告;
• 禁止冒充他人或机构;
• 禁止绕过审核、滥用频率限制或未经授权抓取数据;
• 禁止将本服务用于受监管金融工具的交易或结算。

本公司有权删除违规内容、暂停账号。严重或反复违规将导致永久封禁。

5. 内容所有权

您发布的内容所有权归您所有。发布即代表您授予本公司一个非独占、全球范围、免费的许可,用于为本服务运营之目的对该内容进行 托管、存储、传输、渲染与展示。内容删除后许可终止,但备份(90 天内轮换)及法律保存义务除外。

6. Lightning / Zap(第三方功能)

本服务支持绑定外部 Lightning Address(LUD-16)并通过 Nostr 协议发起 Lightning zap。本公司不托管资金,不持有私钥, 不进行结算。所有支付均在您的钱包与收款方钱包之间直接完成。本公司对支付失败、汇率波动、钱包侧错误概不负责。Lightning 支付不可撤销,请在发起前再次核对收款方。

7. 免责声明

本服务按"现状"提供,不附任何形式的保证(包括适销性、特定用途适合性、可用性)。其他用户发布的内容不代表本公司立场。

8. 责任限制

在日本法允许的最大范围内,本公司因您使用本服务而承担的累计责任,以 JPY 1,000 与索赔发生前 12 个月内您向本公司支付的金额二者之较高者为限。

9. 终止

您可在 App 内随时注销账号。本公司可在您违反本条款时暂停或终止您的访问。

10. 准据法与管辖

本条款适用日本法。因本条款产生的争议由东京地方法院专属管辖。

11. 变更

本公司可能更新本条款。重大变更将在 App 内通知。生效日之后继续使用即视为接受。
